LinkedIn Employee Post Ads just changed the game. Now, for the first time ever... Personal posts can be promoted. And it’s going to further enable the B2B influencer economy. Picture this: 1. B2B brand pays an influencer to create a post that educates about the problem that their product/service solves 2. The influencer adds an “Advisor” role at the B2B brand to their profile 3. B2B brand pays to boost the influencer’s post to relevant audiences 4. The ad crushes as it shows as an individual post, see the image below 👇 Thoughts?
This is quite interesting. Do you know where I can learn more? Is it already available? Tom Hunt
Is this already possible Tom Hunt?
AJ Wilcox remember what I told you???!
This is extremely interesting and relevant for me right now 🔥🤙
This is verrrrry interesting. Would be curious as to Gabriel Ehrlich's thoughts ...
Cannot help but notice that the post promoted has a quite good hook😄
I still don't have access to it - saw a promoted post 2 months ago and been waiting since then...
How do you do it? Got a linkedin URL?

10moNot sure if I like this or not Tom Hunt 🤷🏻♀️ For the employees who have built themselves a strong brand, this is definitely a gamechanger. Another reason for companies to build ambassadors inside the organization. What I'm skeptical about is that influencers take on assignments solely for the money. For me, LinkedIn is about being authentic and genuine. In my opinion, we will lose this aspect if it becomes a channel focused on paid posts from influencers. That being said, I would much rather see promoted posts from influencers on company pages than paid advertisements. Personally, I could consider collaborating with a company I truly believed in or one that would be a natural fit for me regardless. It could be a partner or a client I have already worked with. However, in that case, I want it to be genuine. The other question is - will this, on a platform like LinkedIn, make my brand and personal image less credible? I would love to hear what Richard van der Blom has to say about this topic 😊
